Terms of Trading

Payment must be made with order by Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Switch or Maestro in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

If the total, pre-tax value of the goods is below £10 GBP a £1.00 GBP administration charge will be added to the invoice.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-14 working days from receipt of order, depending on busy periods, fairs, illness, holidays, and stock availability. If an item is out of stock you will be either refunded or the item will be kept on back order.

Shipping

Postage is calculated by weight and sent recorded delivery (to reduce costs) for orders less than £26.00. Special delivery is used for orders greater than £26.00 for insurance purposes.

Goods will need to be signed for on receipt.

UK Customers

P&P charges will be included in the online purchase invoice. Minimum postage, packing and insurance within the UK is £2.20 GBP.

Overseas Customers

You will be informed of the shipping and handling charges by email, and given the option to chose the most cost-effective method.

Overseas customers will be presented with a Pro Forma invoice on confirmation of on online order.
